Locations The Central Office consists of offices spread between two buildings. The main building, at 200 W. Belknap, houses the Felony and Misdemeanor Courts Units, Bond Unit, Electronic Monitoring Unit, Transfer-In Unit, Victims' Services and Community Service Restitution (CSR). There is also a male drug test collection lab in the basement at this location.
